  would not even give them a one very childish and hard to deal with, make life very hard for you will not help in any way, take my stay clear does not matter how desperate you are , not good realestate to do business with. The Rental Officer just did not want to communicate and for the life of me, just could not get a message right, got my bond back after they kept threatening me with every little things they are very intimidating. Out of 10 1 would reasonable

  Greenhouse have helpful, friendly staff, and my property manager gets back to me within a day about anything. A great local business.

  Kerry Willmott was our property manager. Constantly had to follow up things regarding maintenance with no communication. Our oven broke and it took us filling court action for them to do anything. We wanted to terminate our contract ASAP. Kerry wasn't going anything to help so I spoke to the acting licensee (Ian Mullett) he then abused me over the phone and wouldn't help us. We paid rent a few hours late because their system took time to process our payment, however, we still received a breach notice. This is the most unorganised and unprofessional property management company I have ever gone through. I have made a complaint against them to the Department of Commerce that is under current investigation. I would give then agency a negative 5 stars if i could.

  No continuity of property staff refusal to return bond even though you leave the house in better condition than you rented it. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions and the promises to get back to you they dont.
