  I had feather touch brows done with Tara in August. I had seen her previously for wax & tint & she had told me I was a good candidate for feather touch due to having very fair brows. I reviewed the before & after photos of her feather touch clients on instagram & Facebook & decided to book in as I was over having to pencil my brows in every morning. I had my first appointment & followed Tara's aftercare instructions religiously. After the initial healing process passed, my newly feather touched brows had basically faded to nothing. I messaged Tara to let her know & she assured me this was very normal & explained this is why a re touch appointment is needed. I then saw her again for re touch. Again, following the after care instructions religiously. After the healing process had passed again, my brows again faded to nothing & the pigment turned into what now looks like old badly matched ink in spaces. I contacted Tara again and advised her of this & she simply stated it's either two things 1. That I hadn't followed her after care instructions (again I had done this religiously both times) and 2. Sometimes it just doesn't stick. I was referred to another business who asked for a photo of my brows before I met for a consult. Just by looking at a photo, I was advised that I was not a candidate for feather touch due to oily skin (noticed in a photo) and that powder brow would be a better suited as oily skin pushes feather touch strokes out. The ink was confirmed badly matched upon my face to face consultation & that Tara should have known with her experience in feather touch. I now have to pay to have her mess fixed. I think Tara needs to advise her clients of this fact re oily skin not being suitable before taking full payment:
