  I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED today after travelling out of our way to the Premier which we have done for years & years to meet with friends & family to take my mother out to lunch for a treat....only to be looked at as we are waving our $ on not just one occasion but several & ignored ....no wonder there were only a two other patrons in there....The barmaid that repeatedly ignored us as we waved our money & kept going out the back ripping up cardboard boxes needs to remember....we pay her wages....We went elsewhere NO lunches, NO drinks & NO takeaways & won't be returning...We have never ever had such BAD service in the hospitality industry!!!! & I've never seen the Prem soooo empty on a Friday lunchtime.
